7 coaches at institution in Le Flore County earned $19,528 on average in 2022

Le Flore County’s seven coaches earned an average salary of $19,528 in 2022, according to the U.S. Department of Education.

This is the second lowest average salary per county earned by coaches at Oklahoma post-secondary schools during 2022.

Le Flore County is home to just one post-secondary school which paid coaches during 2022.

Male coaches of men's teams received $29,516 on average in Le Flore County, while female coaches in charge of women's teams earned an average of $16,825.

Research from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management found NCAA coaches are compensated like CEOs, with top coaches earning more than $1.5 million annually.
