Western Oklahoma State College A New Addition to the WOSC President’s Partners Program

Mark and Keila Manos are Western Oklahoma State College’s newest President’s Partners.

Mark Manos is a software engineer for Grin Co. and his wife, Dr. Keila Manos, is the current Vice President for Student Affairs here at Western Oklahoma State College. They have one son, Cason, who is five-years old.

For Keila, Western has always been a part of her life as she grew up on the campus. Not only did her mother, Radonna Whitaker, work for Western but Keila took swim lessons, summer courses, danced at her senior prom, enjoyed 4-H banquets and was a counselor for the Upward Bound Program here at Western. She said that coming to work here was like returning home.

Keila and Mark decided to join the President’s Partners because it was a way for them to help students achieve their educational dreams. Keila said that she was only able to attend college because of the scholarships that she received and she and Mark wanted to give back. Keila reminds us that investing in the local community helps us all.
