It's World Mental Health Day! Here are some tips on how to be kind to your mind!

1. Spend some face-to-face time with a loved one.

2. Enjoy some time without your phone.

3. Be okay with saying "no" sometimes. 

4. Track your gratitude! Write down things you are most thankful for. 

5. Ensure you are truly getting a good night's sleep!
