Of the 4,044 people living in Stilwell in 2020, 52.2 percent (2,112) were women and 47.8 percent (1,932) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the EC Oklahoma News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 135. In the 65 and over age range, there were 311 females and 190 males.
