Of the 210 people living in Stoney Point in 2020, 57.6 percent (121) were women and 42.4 percent (89) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the EC Oklahoma News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 28. In the 65 and over age range, there were 21 females and 26 males.
