Monroe ranked 213th in Oklahoma for resident earnings in 2018

Monroe ranked 213th among cities in Oklahoma by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Monroe residents was $25,682 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 75 households with a population of 208.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was Lake Aluma with $91,250 per year after adjusting for inflation – $65,568 more than Monroe. It had 31 households with a population of 77.

The city with the lowest median resident income in the state was Kenton with $5,278 per year after adjusting for inflation – $20,404 less than Monroe. It had 16 households with a population of 36.
