Of the 119 people living in Flute Springs in 2019, 45.4 percent (54) were women and 54.6 percent (65) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the EC Oklahoma News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 45-to-39. In the 65 and over age range, there were six females and eight males.
