Of the 377 people living in Fort Coffee in 2019, 52 percent (196) were women and 48 percent (181) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the EC Oklahoma News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 111-to-92. In the 65 and over age range, there were 53 females and 44 males.
