Northeastern State weathered the rain and is in fourth place after one round of the Tulsa Cup Monday.

Heavy rains and lightning halted play for the middle section of the day, with the 54-hole tournament being shortened a round.

The RiverHawks shot 299, with Gabe Replogle tied for seventh overall, shooting an even 72.

Brett Wilcoxen is tied for 12th place, carding a 74, and Carlos Gomez had a 76 and is tied for 23rd place.  Christian Yanovitch scored a 77, and Ryan Morant shot an 81.

Of the seven MIAA teams in the field, NSU leads that group and is eight strokes back of Henderson State.

Northeastern State will be paired with Winona State and Fort Hays State for the final round Tuesday at 10 a.m.
