Northeastern State’s Emilia Cosatto went 2-0 in singles play last week for the RiverHawks and earned MIAA Women’s Tennis Athlete of the Week Honors.

The No. 22-ranked sophomore handed No. 25-ranked Dianela Rodriguez of Angelo State a 6-4, 6-1 loss on the main court and took a 6-3, 6-3 win at UA Fort Smith. 

Cosatto is 4-0 this spring, playing one singles for the RiverHawks, and is 14-2 overall this season.
